Through our on-line booking service, you are contracting the booking of tourist accommodation. This service is subject to the following conditions, which you declare that you have read, understand and accept:
• These conditions regulate the service for booking tourist accommodation through the website owned by the Spanish trading company HOTELES MAC S.L., domiciled in Calle Gremio Tintoreros, 25 A, Polígono de Son Castelló, Palma de Mallorca, with Spanish tax number B-07117401.

• To contract said service, the user must be of legal age and have the legal capacity required to book the services offered on this website. Access to this website is the exclusive responsibility of users.
• Information supplied when the booking is made:
1. To contract the services on this website, the user must register. Users are responsible for the truthfulness of the information they provide during the customer registration process.
2. Users undertake to save and keep their user ID and password for access to the bookings module of this website as safe as possible. HOTELES MAC S.L.. shall not be responsible for whatsoever damage resulting from the incorrect use of said information by third parties.
3. Users confirm the specific information entered when making the booking (hotel, number of rooms, date of arrival, number of nights, etc.). Users undertake to check the details of their bookings carefully before accepting this contract.
4. The details supplied when making the booking are the responsibility of the user, who declares that they are true and complete. HOTELES MAC S.L. shall not be responsible for the consequences that may arise from entering false or incorrect information.
• Price:
The price of the booking exclusively includes the concepts contracted on the booking form.
The total and final calculation of the booking includes the corresponding VAT, unless expressly indicated otherwise. Whatsoever other tax or duty due as a result of the accommodation shall be paid additionally at the establishment.
The availability and price of the requests for special services (e.g. a baby's cot or a supplementary bed, etc.) which have not been included in the calculation of the on-line booking shall remain pending confirmation by the hotel.
• Best Rate Guaranteed:
Booking this option you will have guaranteed the best price given in our reservation's system, getting the chance of having new offers or lower prices, in case of changes, subsequent your reservation is executed.
• Method of payment:
When booking on-line and to obtain confirmation, you must pay the 10% corresponding to the total amount of your booking as a deposit. This amount must be paid by credit card through the bank's on-line gateway.
The remaining 90% must be paid by the customer on arrival at the hotel.
• Booking receipt:
The customer should save and print the booking receipt that is displayed at the end of the booking process.
• Arrival at the hotel:
On arrival at the hotel, customers should proceed to reception and hand in the identification code corresponding to their on-line booking.
As a general rule and unless expressly agreed otherwise, rooms can be occupied from 15.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12.00 pm on the day of departure. The booking is guaranteed until 6.00 pm on the day of arrival, which means that if users anticipate arriving later than expected, they should notify the hotel of said circumstance with as much notice as possible.
• Changing your booking:
You may change your booking (with at least 24 hours' notice prior to arrival at the hotel) by sending an e-mail to:

• Cancellation of the booking:
The booking may be cancelled free of charge as long as it is made with at least 5 DAYS notice prior to the date of arrival at the hotel contacting by email:

Please always indicate your booking code.
• Should customers cancel the booking with a notice of less than 5 DAYS to your arrival at the hotel, customers will lose the amount already paid on deposit (10%) plus FIRST NIGHT of the booking will be charged, as a penalty. Finally the booking shall be cancelled.
• Or should they NO SHOW, customers will lose the amount already paid on deposit (10%) plus 50% of the booking total amount, as a penalty. Finally the booking shall be cancelled.
* Bank costs resulting from cancellations shall be paid by the customer. In whatsoever case, the corresponding bill shall be sent to the address given by the customer during the booking process.
• Offers:
Deals and offers shall be valid only during the period set by HOTELES MAC S.L. in the corresponding advertising or, otherwise, during the time they remain open to booking by customers.
• Customer's obligations:
1. To pay the price of the contracted services, where the presentation of a complaint or a claim does not imply exemption from this obligation.
2. To comply with the particular rules of the hotel establishment offering the services.
3. To observe standards of hygiene, courtesy and good practice with regard to other guests and hotel staff.
4. To respect the environment.
• Obligations of HOTELES MAC S.L:
1. To make available for the customer the number of rooms of the type and capacity indicated in the conditions of the booking made.
If, due to circumstances beyond the customer's control, HOTELES MAC S.L. fails to fulfil its obligation of having available the rooms booked, it shall undertake to provide accommodation in establishments of the same or higher official category and characteristics, and shall pay the difference in price, the cost of transferring the customers and other charges resulting for the customer from the failure to provide the services contracted.
2. To guarantee the quality of the services to be provided in accordance with its official category and to accept the responsibility for all the claims presented as a consequence of any proven deficiency in its services.
3. To have a complaints book at the customer's disposal.
• Jurisdiction and applicable law:
The contracting parties submit expressly and of their own free will to the jurisdiction and courts of Palma de Mallorca (Balearic Islands, Spain) for the resolution of whatsoever discrepancy arising from the interpretation and application of this contract.
- Protection of personal information:
HOTELES MAC S.L. guarantees fulfilment of the provisions set forth in Organic Law 15/1999, governing the Protection of Personal Information, and complementary laws with regard to the processing of the personal information obtained through this website.
HOTELES MAC S.L. also guarantees the confidentiality of communications with users through this website.
- Responsibility:
HOTELES MAC S.L. shall not accept responsibility for:
• Interruptions to the availability of the information due to disconnections from the Internet, network breakdowns or acts of God, or causes beyond the control of HOTELES MAC S.L.
• Damage caused by computer viruses.
• The consequences resulting from users' misuse of the website contents.
Applicable legislation shall be the laws of Spain.
